I had my second baby at home with a midwife. It was a really beautiful experience.

I had my home diffuser going with the Gentle Baby blend in it and the changing light and mist added to the serene atmosphere. I felt relaxed and truly blessed by the experience.

With my first baby I had a bit of post partum hemorrhaging so this time I used a drop or two of Helichrysum oil on the Vita Flex points inside my ankles, on my stomach and lower back, to try and reduce this.
