An experience that I had is when I had a fingernail that kept separating from the nail bed because of a fungal infection.
So every day I would put a drop or two of Clove Oil to the fingernail and then wrap a tape around the finger nail to hold the Clove oil and fingernail in place.
It took about three weeks but the fingernail grew back healthy and there was no more fungus.
