Menopause has caused my face to break out worse than a teenagers. I'm talking BIG dark pimples and not just one at a time but 3-4 at a time! I have tried several oils and here is what has worked for me:

At onset of breakout I add a few drops of Frankincense or Lavender oil (neat) twice a day AM and PM.

If they are like some of mine and turn into dark spots like scars, I simply apply Geranium oil (neat) once a day.

Its amazing that these oils work so wonderfully!
