I noticed one day that I had this bump on my wrist. It didn't hurt but didn't know what it was or where it came from.
I went to my doctor and all she said was "oh that's a cyst, and it's very common". I asked her how can I make it go away? Her response was "You might have to get surgery." But that's all she could tell me.
When I got home I googled "cyst on wrist" and found out that it was called a ganglion cyst and that it was a common thing. I had never heard of it before.
I've never been one for medication or doctors. So I continue to research other remedies. During my search I came across this site and did a search for ganglion cyst. A lot of different remedies were mentioned.
I've been using essential oils in products I make and know that different essentials oils help with sleep, feeling good, colds etc. But didn't know that if I use Oregano, Thyme or Lavender oil it would go away.
I first used Lavender for about a week and I didn't notice any change. So I switched to Oregano and Thyme. I've been using that on and off for about 2 1/2 months. And I noticed the other day that my cyst is practically gone!!! I mean it is almost flat. So I will continue to use the Oregano and Thyme until it is completely gone.
Thank God for this website. Can't wait to tell that doctor of mine.
