Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I am involved in toy breed dog rescue and use many oils on my foster dogs as well as my own. I recently had a mini dachshund come to me for a short term foster from another rescue group, while we worked out transport to her forever home.
Suzy came with a serious case of diarrhea, no surprise after a stressful transport. I didn't worry about her immediately and figured she would feel better in a day or so. I fed her an appropriate diet and let her be.
She continued with this diarrhea for 3 more days. I began to be concerned but was hesitant to start traditional meds because I knew she had been spayed, vaccinated and probably wormed, all within a couple days, a common practice for many shelters and rescue groups. I was not going to stress her little body further. She had come from a puppy mill and was thin and no doubt, depleted.
I read through some notes I had and it suggested the DiGize oil blend, 2 drops on the belly and rubbed in a circular motion. I did just that and it was like turning off the faucet. She did not have one more session of diarrhea that day or any day after.
She went out in the morning and had a good bowel movement . It was soft but formed. I continued the DiGize twice a day for the next 3 days and Suzy's severe diarrhea was completely gone.
By the time she continued her journey home, she was normal.
