Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My stomach tends to be extra sensitive. I love all of the products that Young Living has, but I had some problems with nausea when I started to use the ParaFree soft gels. I didn't want to stop using it, and thought that the problem was because it was doing what it was suppose to be doing.
I decided to use the essential oil of Peppermint on my tummy. I took a couple of drops and rubbed them on the abdominal area. I was hoping for the best. Well, I wasn't let down. Within a few minutes the discomfort was gone. I was able to get about the rest of the day without any other unpleasant side effects.
I know I will never go anywhere without having my essential oils with me. The nausea has been so bad, that in the past I had to take Compazine (brand name has been discontinued in the US), but not anymore now that I use Peppermint oil.
