I put a drop or two of Young Living Lavender oil or White Angelica or Peace & Calming on the nose part of my eye mask for when I sleep and smell this wonderful oil all night. I have also used Galbanum as I love that smell also. You could use any oil that is a calming oil that is pleasing to you. I would not use Peppermint as that builds energy.

I use the Peppermint when I wear a ski mask and go running in the wintertime. Also have used other oils that I like. Makes running more pleasant.
