I got my finger caught in my suitcase zipper. This created a small hematoma. I had Cypress oil with me and managed to get the oil on in about 5 minutes. The pain was gone almost instantly and the injury was then a flat blue bruise. The next time it happened on a plane and I got the Cypress on in less than a minute and the hematoma totally disappeared.
Later I tripped over a cement parking block going backwards and hit the back of my head hard. My husband ran for the Cypress and Lavender oil and I poured both on the back of my head.
By the time I reached the doctors office the swelling was down, the beginning of a massive headache had disappeared and he found no further problem. In the following hours and days if I touched the area and could feel pain, I applied more Cypress and the tenderness then left.
