My friend introduced me to Peppermint oil approximately one year ago. She was using it because she has rheumatoid arthritis. She told me she rubbed it on her shoulders, bottom of her feet and then inhaled it from her hands before bed.

I had been having trouble with arthritis in my hips at night. I did as she said, but also rubbed some on my hips. I now have been able to sleep without pain in my hips for months!

I also rub it on my knuckles morning and night and this really works for me.
