Hormonal changes caused my face to break out badly, worse than a teenagers.
The pimples were big and it hurt to touch them, they were almost like cysts.
I put Frankincense oil (neat) on the pimples, once in the am and then again in the pm.
By the 3rd day they were almost completely gone. Some of the smaller ones cleared up within 24 hours.
