I felt a heaviness in my chest & alittle shortness of breath (all of which is very unsettling) I do have a history of pneumonia & this summer had a mild cardio infraction. Not sure of what was going on I thought I'd try my oils first. I put orange on my ring finger & toe (left hand & foot) then Raven on my chest, back of neck & under my nose.

Within 3-4 minutes the shortness of breath disappeared, 10 minutes later the heaviness in my chest was gone! I didn't feel like my chest was congested but after applying the oils I could feel a definite difference. I did the same application 4 hours later just to be on the safe side. Young Living oils are such a blessing.
