Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

In March 19, 2010 I sprained my left knee very badly, I felt myself veer to the left and my companion heard a snap. Nothing was broken, but I was down. I asked for the oil bag out of my truck and immediately applied Helichrysum to the knee. I layered on Frankincense, Peppermint and Cedarwood oils.

When I got myself home and in the house, I started my regimen of oils and cold packs. Every few hours the first several days, I'd layer my Valor oil blend, Cedarwood, Lemongrass, Frankincense and Copaiba. The first few days I also did often apply Helichrysum.

Also Reiki, ultrasound and a horse liniment was used, alternating with the ice packs. It is called FM 11 (the natural herbal liniment you can eat) and can be purchased from Circle Star Farms.

Some 18 years ago I had suffered the same injury, at that time it was almost 9 months before the knee had full range of motion. This time it was 2 months and I then pronounced myself well. I also took 4 oz of NingXia Red a day. Being older now into the senior years, I love the power and regenerating properties of the Young Living oils and NingXia Red, so I overcame the injury much quicker this time.

The dates are clear to me, because May 28, 2010 was the first day of racing at Ruidoso Downs Race Track in Ruidoso, New Mexico. I was able to ride that day. That evening going to do chores I sprained my right ankle getting out of the truck.

There was an important event coming up that I had to be mobile for. This time I set to mending with Rose and Helichrysum, rather liberally, along with the Valor, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Lemongrass, Wintergreen, Peppermint and Copaiba.

The Reiki, ultrasound, ice packs and FM 11 were also used regularly. A walker with a seat and wheels was used to save the ankle stress the little I could get around. We did take pictures and have several witnesses, I was able to walk without limping in 3 weeks.

I was grateful to be able to assist at the Stewart's CARE Intensive in June 2010 in Salt Lake City without the injury being a bother. The previous similar injury to the ankle was 16 years ago and at that time it took over a year to be well from it.

Young Living oils and nutritional products are keeping me going strong and mending faster that I did in my 30's.
