Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have been living with multiple chemical sensitivities for 6 years. The past 5 years I have been having seizures/severe spasms. My head violently turns left and right, arms fling around and when it's very bad, my legs will come out from under me. I started inhaling the Clarity Essential Oil before meetings at work or when I needed a brain boost while playing Scrabble.

A friend was reading through the essential oils reference book and asked if I was using Clarity and I told her yes. She read where it said Clarity could help with seizures.

I started dabbing Clarity at the base of my nostrils and inhaling it whenever I was about to enter, which was for me a toxic area (store, restaurant, meetings, work-place, airport or plane).

I've been doing this for nearly 7 weeks now and am happy to share that I barely realize I'm in public and have had only a few episodes having a seizure/severe spasms.

During this same time period I have noticed a reduction in the arthritis pain in my left knee. I am walking around the house barefoot (which I haven't done in many years), can walk up and down the stairs without holding on to the railing, and I wake in the morning able to walk right away instead of grabbing for things to hold on to while I get balanced.

Also, I wear metal frame glasses and the skin between my eyes was very rough to the touch. Lately the skin is feeling smoother.

Blessings and healthy moments to you.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: breathing-/-inhale — "In confirming the presence of peripheral airways dysfunction in nonsmokers with uncomplicated common colds, our data imply that the changes can be modified favorably by short-term aromatics inhalation."Link
2.Associated topics: breathing-/-inhale — "Cineole has mucolytic, bronchodilating and anti-inflammatory properties and reduces the exacerbation rate in patients suffering from COPD, as well as ameliorates symptoms in patients suffering from asthma and rhinosinusitis.... The effects of Cineole in the treatment of acute bronchitis were clearly measurable and could be proven after a treatment period of merely 4 days. This study corroborates the fact that Cineole actively and significantly reduces cough frequency after four days."Link
3.Associated topics: arthritis — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
4.Associated topics: arthritis — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
5.Associated topics: breathing-/-inhale — "Essential Oil Diffusion [lavender, marjoram, balsam fir, and peppermint] for the Treatment of Persistent Oxygen Dependence in a Three-Year-Old Child With Restrictive Lung Disease With Respiratory Syncytial Virus [RSV] Pneumonia: A 3-year-old female with central core disorder, a static myopathy affecting type one muscle fibers, with an 18-day history of oxygen requirement, acute desaturation episodes on high-flow oxygen, and persistent upper-lobe atelectasis... experienced a rapid reduction in oxygen requirement when treated with diffused plant essential oils after insufficient response to N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and dornase alfa."Link
6.Associated topics: seizures — "Researchers... suggest making anticonvulsants based on pinene amino acids [found in pine, other conifers, cannabis, and other plants].... Amino ester of an amino acid, belonging to alpha-pinenes, showed great anticonvulsant activity... compared to Phenobarbital, a common anticonvulsant agent.... [S]cientists... suggest this derivative becoming the basic substance for development of new almost non-toxic anticonvulsant agents, thus making life of epilepsy patients easier."Link
