Last year I had an accident while crossing a parking lot. While going down 3 steps I did not see the acorns laying on the ground, stepped on them and then, like ice, I slipped and fell in a squat position popping my one knee. The pain was terrible and didn't know if I could get back up.

When I got to the car, I used my roller bottle of the Valor oil blend and applied it right away.

After I made it home, I added a few drops each of Lemongrass, Oregano, the Thieves oil blend, and Idaho Balsam Fir. I also applied some Regenolone moisturizing cream. I massaged these around my knee cap and behind the knee.

People suggested that I go to a doctor but I did not want to. Instead I used these oils and cream for about 3 or 4 weeks. I walked with a cane to steady myself. Frankly, I was thinking things would never get better. But the oils came through and so did the Regenolone cream!

Currently I have little twinges, but can walk without a cane and I am doing much better. It is amazing what we can do given time and the right tools to help us.
