I have been with one of our friends whom is one of our essential oil distributors from Bismarck. Six months ago she had a major back surgery procedure done. They ended up putting a cage around one of her vertebrae because of a disk problem.
Not long after that she fell and the cage SLIPPED! OUCH! She has been putting up with lots of leg/nerve/back pain since. They finally agreed to go in and fix the problem...this time pulling more muscle tissue into the cage area to hold it in place.
I was not there this last time but her family was. Getting her comfortable on the last surgery required narcotic after narcotic and they got her to a tolerable state, never really relieving the pain from what I am told.
This time they pulled more muscle tissue into the area and anchored the cage in farther into her spine....the great news is that the essential oils from the Raindrop Kit...Frankincense, Melissa, Palo Santo and the PanAway oil blend worked wonderfully. My friend was off of the pain pump in 6 hours (last time she was on it for 48 hours)! This time she was able to come home with 1/4th of the pain meds.
Today about 5 minutes after getting home she was walking around the house as if nothing had happened and she has had company all day. This is less than 72 hours after another major back surgery. Maybe someday she can put into words for us what the difference was.
I was there this time and the only way I knew she had surgery is when I was pouring Frankincense into the staples that the surgeon left behind.
What a beautiful thing to witness!
NOTE: We only used the oils from the Raindrop kit on the spinal reflex area of her feet.
