After my mom returned home from vacation, her ear would not pop/drain. She was put on an antibiotic and then a steroid. After that did not work, they suggested putting a tube in her ear surgically.
Well, I told my mom about Lavender essential oil and how she could try putting it on a cotton ball and then putting it in her ear. After about 30 minutes, she was already starting to feel a difference.
She had to continue to put the Lavender on a cotton ball in her ear for a week or so, a couple of times a day. However, this was a much better alternative to a possible surgery!
