We had a beautiful beagle lab dog and she was our family dog. When she was about 12 years old she began to experience a lot of sciatic issues that caused her distress.
There was one particular weekend that she was extremely uncomfortable to the point that if she did not improve,I would have to address the issue of having to put her down.
I gave her a Raindrop three consecutive days and it was the only thing that seemed to help her remain calm but did not remove her restlessness. After the third Raindrop that Sunday, I carried her down to the lake with me and talked with my girls about the importance of making a decision in order to alleviate her suffering.
After we talked they left and I closed my eyes for a few minutes. When I opened them up, our dog was not where she had been laying. I looked around and saw that she had gotten up and was quite a distance away. I then called her and she began to briskly walk towards me and from that point on she began to even act like a pup.
I had a pharmacist who lived next to me and he would kid me about whatever I did, it sure made a difference. Odie lived to the ripe old age of 14 years old and died peacefully with us all around her. She was a beautiful pet to our family.
