The first time, I was introduced to the power of Young Living Essential Oils was in 2002 when I went to Utah to visit the Young Living Farm. It was in June and the sun was out full blast and I got a wicked headache. Someone at the farm mentioned to me to take a drop of Peppermint and apply it to my hand and then hold my hand to my forehead and my other hand to the back of my neck. I did that for about thirty seconds and after removing my hands felt an amazing difference. It was my first powerful experience of many with these great oils.
