Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Some years ago I was misdiagnosed with and treated for depression. It turned out to be low thyroid function (hypo-thyroidism) brought about after childbirth. I didn't wish to be medicated for the rest of my life so sought alternative nutritional support.

The support I use today which is constant for me is NingXia Red Juice (I take anything from 3 - 6 ounces most days) and OmegaGize capsules minimum 4 per day and sometimes double that.

I have also used other nutrition such as Balance Complete and have added essential oils to that, but the NingXia is the mainstay of my daily regime for consistent energy and mental support.

I have found over the last couple of years that my skin, hair and nails have improved in condition to the point that my hairdresser now tells people about it.

I have learned to go with my feelings when using Young Living Products and it has always worked for me. The science is always there to support my experiences.
