Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Earlier this year my two sons and I got sunburned in Costa Rica to the point it was uncomfortable trying to go to sleep. So we all applied a generous amount of Young Living Lavender oil and then layered Peppermint on top of the Lavender. The Peppermint on our faces burned for a couple of minutes but not anywhere else.

When we woke up the next morning what was left of the sunburn did not hurt and we noticed what was burnt the night before had started turning to a tan. We were more careful of the sun the next day and repeated the process.

We all but eliminated our burn after two days and we didn't miss any activities on vacation due to our sun burn. We ended up with nice sun tans after a five day vacation.

It was amazing. Try not to get a sunburn but if you do - try this.
