People would ask me what taking 3 to 4 ounces a day of NingXia Red juice did for me. I am a high energetic person without any health problems in particular, so I couldn't say, other than knowing it was the best thing I could do for my body. Then I went in to have my eyes checked, I knew I needed a stronger prescription.
The optometrist checked my right eye and said "You have a 25% improvement in this eye" I was so surprised. Then he checked my left eye and found I have a full 25% improvement in that eye as well. I was thrilled, and he was surprised. I told him that I am taking NingXia Red juice, and one of the benefits could be increased visual acuity.
