Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Ocotea helps with healthy digestion and satiety, among other things. It is one of the best oils for cardiovascular health. It also has a positive response in the body to irritation and injury.

Just 1-2 drops three times a day for an adult is sufficient. Children can take one drop in a glass of water 2 times daily. I prefer to take it sub-lingually (under the tongue), but it can be taken in capsules or in NingXia Red juice or in water.

I am now 67 years old. When I went to Gary Young's clinic in Ecuador in September, my lab results were astounding.

* Blood pressure normal at the low end of scale

* Cholesterol normal with HDL/LDL

* Blood sugar normal and stable at low end of scale when it has been "all over the place" for my entire life

NOTE: I drink NingXia Red juice every single day as well.
