Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I was baking bread one evening, and when I bent down to take out the loaf towards the back of the oven, my arm between my wrist and elbow touched the hot oven. It left a one inch by 3 inch burn that immediately started to swell and look like it would soon blister.

I grabbed the Lavender oil and dropped a few drops on the burn, gently spreading it over the entire area. I repeated the process every half hour for about 3 hours.

By bedtime I had no pain or blisters, and the next day it did not hurt at all. I applied Lavender oil about three times the next day. It did not blister but you can see the skin is rough like it is going to peel.I am amazed how effective the Lavender was at eliminating pain and stopping any blister! Lavender is one of my favorite oils.
