Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My son ruptured his eardrum a week before leaving for college. When he came home for his first ear check, it had not fully closed. The doctor (an ENT) said sometimes surgery was needed if the eardrum would not seal by itself. (We had experienced this surgery with our daughter.)

Research did not reveal to me any other cases of using oils to help with the process for the eardrum. I gave my son a mix of a couple of oils to use once or twice a day.

His second follow up appointment with the ENT showed that there was still an area that had not improved. At that point, I made a blend of Lavender, Frankincense, Ravintsara, Helichrysum, and the Thieves oil blend. He gently rubbed it in front of, behind, and below his ear every night as well as prayer.

The day before Thanksgiving we went in for our pre-op appointment but surgery was cancelled due to his eardrum being completely better! To God be the glory!

We are all thrilled that God assisted my son without surgery, and we love the gentle support of high quality essential oils.
