Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I've been taking heart meds for over 3 years trying to control my palpitations with no success.Even on the prescriptions I was having long bouts of fluttering. A friend dropped off her diffuser and a few bottles of essential oils to try.

The one I used the most was the Peace & Calming oil blend. I diffused it daily and after about 2 weeks started noticing that I wasn't having my daily episodes of flutters.

So I researched the oils in this blend and found that the Ylang Ylang in Peace & Calming has heartbeat regulating effects!! So now I still diffuse Peace & Calming but add extra Ylang Ylang to boost those results.

My 2 oldest children said to keep doing whatever I was doing because they liked how easygoing I had become!

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: heart — "Myrtle oil (MO) exerts hypoglycemic as well as mild hypotriglyceridemic activity in diabetic animals. The reduction in blood glucose level may be due to the reversible inhibition of alpha-glucosidases present in the brush-border of the small intestinal mucosa, higher rate of glycolysis as envisaged by the higher activity of glucokinase, as one of the key enzymes of glycolysis, and enhanced rate of glycogenesis as evidenced by the higher amount of liver glycogen present after MO administration."Link
