Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

In 2003 my husband had two heart attacks, one at the end of February and the other at the end of May. The 2nd heart attack damaged the lower and back half of his heart. He started a cardiac rehabilitation program and had difficulties getting through the exercising.

He experienced extreme fatigue, shortness of breath and frequent angina. The telemetry monitor he wore during the exercising displayed that every third heart beat was skipped. He asked the doctor about it and was told that it was part of the damage done to his heart and he would have to live with it the rest of his life.

He started taking Cardia Care and noticed a marked change in how he felt and his ability to get through the exercising sessions. Due to finances, he only took 2 Cardia Care twice a day instead of the recommended 3 twice a day. He stopped taking it several days before a thalium treadmill test and did very poorly on the test and in rehab sessions.

After the test he started taking the Cardia Care again and noticed the difference at his next rehab session. Since then he has taken it on a regular basis and did very well through the remainder of his cardiac rehab program and is still feeling better.

In May 2004 he noticed the skipped heart beat didn't seem to be there anymore (he was supposed to have this the rest of his life due to heart muscle damage close to a valve). His cardiologist confirmed that the skipped heart beat is no longer there. We are assuming that his heart muscle is rebuilding and his circulation in his arteries is better. His cardiologist said to keep doing what he is doing.

Also last spring he started using the NingXia Red juice once a day. He also applies the Aroma Life oil blend, Marjoram and Helichrysum oils over his heart every night. He drinks at least 3 quarts of Lemon water per day and applies Grapefruit oil over his liver daily.

We use Aroma Life because it contains the Marjoram, Helichrysum and Ylang Ylang. He uses extra Helichrysum to help clean his arteries and remove heavy metals. He uses the extra Marjoram because it is supposed to help rebuild muscle tissue.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: blood-pressure — "The ylang ylang oil caused a significant decrease of blood pressure and a significant increase of skin temperature. At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group. These findings are likely to represent a relaxing effect of the ylang ylang oil and provide some evidence for the usage of the ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy such as causing a relief of depression and stress in humans."Link
2.Associated topics: blood-pressure — "Lavender essential oil has been used as an anxiolytic [anxiety] drug, a mood stabilizer, a sedative, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antihypertensive [high blood pressure], antimicrobial, analgesic [pain] agent as well as a wound healing accelerator.... The present study suggests that inhalation of lavender essential oil may be an effective and safe treatment modality in acute management of migraine headaches."Link
3.Associated topics: heart-attack-(Coronary-thrombosis),heart — "Myrtle oil (MO) exerts hypoglycemic as well as mild hypotriglyceridemic activity in diabetic animals. The reduction in blood glucose level may be due to the reversible inhibition of alpha-glucosidases present in the brush-border of the small intestinal mucosa, higher rate of glycolysis as envisaged by the higher activity of glucokinase, as one of the key enzymes of glycolysis, and enhanced rate of glycogenesis as evidenced by the higher amount of liver glycogen present after MO administration."Link
4.Associated topics: heart,blood-pressure,rapid-/-racing-heartbeat-(Tachycardia) — "[I]dentifying... the effects of YYA [ylang ylang aroma] on blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) is important in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of YYA. The present results demonstrated that inhalation of YYA significantly decreased the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Inhalation of YYA also significantly decreased the HRs in 10 leads.... In the present results, YYA caused a reduction of HR and BP, and a relief of the arousal level in healthy men. The present results show a sedative effect of YYA, and this study provides some evidences for the usage of YYA [as a] medicinal agent."Link
5.Associated topics: heart-attack-(Coronary-thrombosis),heart,blood-pressure — "Aromatherapy... [consisting of] a blend of oils of lemon (Citrus limonum), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), and ylang ylang (Cananga odorata)... is effective in lowering systolic blood pressure and sympathetic nerve system activity... of heart rate variability."Link
