Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

A friend and I took a weekend class. About half way through the first day we were tired and a bit foggy.

The next morning before we headed off to learn some more I made up a batch of "smelling salts" with Lemon essential oil.

Here is a very simple recipe for smelling salts:

* 2 tablespoons sea salt

* About 20 drops of Lemon oil

* Put in a small condiment bowl or glass jar

Throughout the day we would take a deep inhalation of the Lemon scent, it cleared our heads and kept us awake and alert.

It was like night and day compared to the day before.

I love going to workshops to learn new things but will never go to one again without my Lemon "smelling salts".
