My husband and I both have used the Thieves Essential Oil to alleviate sinus issues. I usually go to the gym three days a week. Before I go I always put a drop or two on the back of my tongue.
Sometimes I put a drop in my bottle of water that I take to the gym with me. I do not seem to have as many allergy or cold issues that I had before I started using Thieves.
It has really improved my quality of life.
