Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Today I had the worst case of constipation in about 40 years, three days without a bowel movement. It may have been because I was not drinking enough water and having had an upset stomach prior to that.

Nothing I tried worked - papaya, ground flax seeds and lots of prunes. Then I tried several doses of probiotics. My body was wanting to evacuate but simply could not. It was getting very uncomfortable to sit down!

On checking the essential oils reference book and seeing which oils could help, I decided to add 2 drops Ginger, 4 drops Fennel and a drop or two of the DiGize oil blend to a glass of almond milk I had made earlier.

Within 30-40 minutes finally I had the breakthrough I had been waiting for. What a relief!

The oils work every time! I am so grateful.
