I have spinal stenosis that affects my arms and legs.
Right now the pain in horrific. I mix Ortho Ease into a spray bottle with 10 drops each of Helichrysum, Peppermint, Myrrh, and Geranium.
You can even add several drops of the Relieve It oil blend. It takes the edge off almost immediately.
Now I am adding Blue Tansy and it is working well also. Cedar and Wintergreen are wonderful for pain.
