I love the Thieves Kit sold by Young Living because it comes with all the Thieves products. I made up a batch of my own cleaner, using 1 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner concentrate to 15 oz water in a spray bottle.
We have problems with ants of all sizes coming into our home, one spray of this cleaner and within 15 seconds an ant was dead. The insects become confused, then they are dead within seconds.
We had some flies rush into our kitchen the other day and I grabbed the spray, spritzed the fly and it fell over.
Last night I found a small roach in a cup and I used a squirt of the Thieves foam hand soap and as I put the soap back on the counter and looked into the cup, the roach was flipped upside down and no legs were even wiggling, so maybe 10 seconds and the roach was dead.
I am trying to figure out how to make a Thieves barrier. I was reading that Lemon oil and Peppermint oil help to kill ants, but it didn't do anything about these ants.
So Thieves products are the winner for me!
