When the Australian Blue blend first came out, my partner at the time had a hernia pop up. It was painful at times and showed as a bulge of about 2-3 inches wide in diameter.
We tried a few oils on it with little response. But then I thought to try Australian Blue.
I kid you not, we both watched the inflammation go down before our eyes, in a matter of minutes!
With maybe 2 applications of just a few drops each time applied directly on the bulging area, the hernia bulge went down never to show itself again!
