I had a medical diagnosis of osteoarthritis and herniated discs in the lumbar spine. I also had some sciatic trouble, the right leg/hip would want to collapse unexpectedly.
There was much chronic pain and I was in physical therapy for 6 months with heat, massage and some manipulation. I believe the biggest aid was use of the PanAway oil blend and Deep Relief Roll-on with the affected areas.
The normal therapies would not have worked as well as the permanent relief received from the use of essential oils in combination.
Minor twinges once in awhile are relieved by same oils and some exercise, as needed, using the Feldenkrais Method.
