A few weeks ago, I injured my lower back with a twist and turn ball toss at the gym.

My first oil I used was the PanAway oil blend, but it did not seem to release the throbbing pain going down to the left leg as well.

Then I used Idaho Balsam Fir and rubbed it on the back. It helped somewhat, but still, I had shooting pain down my leg.

Then I ingested 5 drops of the Idaho Balsam Fir internally and within a few hours, my shooting pain was gone.

I kept doing this routine for a week and have been pain free ever since.
