My three-year old niece was cranky for a few hours, then we discovered she had a fever. I put a drop of Peppermint oil on the sole of each of her feet and massaged it in. I realized that a fever is the body's way of burning up a toxin or invader. So I had her lay on her tummy and I dropped four drops of the Purification oil blend down her spine. I rubbed that in gently.
I gave her cool water with a few drops of Lemon oil. She drank it up and wanted more! In less than 15 minutes, the fever was gone. She was spunky for a little while after that. About four hours later, she felt warm again.
Peppermint on her feet were all she needed to feel better. She went to bed and was fine the next day.
