My friend told me that he has chronic sinusitis and went for an invasive procedure to open up his sinuses twice and is still having the same issues. He asked his doctor why this condition keeps on reoccurring and the doctor told him that he probably has some fungus in his sinuses which is very difficult to remove.
Every time this happens he has to take some serious antibiotics which seem to help for a protracted period of time and then it reoccurs.
