If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. I was really congested in my sinuses and chest. I first tried rubbing Vicks vapor rub on my chest, feet and under my nose; but to my surprise it didn't loosen it up at all.

I then remembered the Peppermint oil that I had and put that on my feet, chest, had it rubbed on my back and under my nose.

Peppermint oil gives a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body. It also has antimicrobial properties and the power to clear the respiratory tract.

To relieve congestion, inhale peppermint oil directly from the bottle. This will help to unclog your sinuses and ease your sore throat. You can also apply 2-3 drops of peppermint oil to the chest with a warm compress.

I then remembered the Peppermint oil that I had and put that on my feet, chest, had it rubbed on my back and under my nose.

Using these tips I was breathing freely through my nose within 15 minutes and it relaxed me so much being able to breathe, I slept like a baby.
