I have been experiencing pain and weakness in a muscle group starting at the hip joints and ending below the knees.

Having tried many single oils and blends, nothing worked as well as the "High Powered Massage Oil" formula found on page 494 in the essential oils reference book. I usually apply this twice a day.

The result for me is going up and down stairs without holding on or straining to go up. I experience no weakness in the hip joints, especially the left one.

Hurrah again for essential oils!
