Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

During the summertime, the small flies get to be quite a pain around my horses. Buying the products from the feed store that work to keep these bugs from bothering my horses can be expensive or not work at all.

I called my upline, and asked if they knew of anything I could do to help my horses, and this is what we did. I got a spray bottle, and filled it 2/3 full with water and approximately 1/3 with olive oil. Then I added 10 drops of Lavender and 3 drops of Oregano.

I shook the bottle really well before spraying the horses. They didn't like it, but it worked.

I will be trying just Lavender oil this summer because the Oregano was hot even when diluted with the olive oil.
