I suffer from migraine headaches on occasion so I thought I'd purchase a bottle of the M-Grain oil blend just in case I were to have one.

Four months went by and finally one started coming on. I grabbed for my M-Grain and put several drops on my neck, temples, crown of head, ears and in my hands.

I went to lay down and took deep breaths through my nose and then my mouth for several minutes. To my surprise I fell asleep for thirty minutes. When I woke up I felt pretty good and in time to go to a Young Living meeting.

For those who suffer from migraines know how difficult it is to fall asleep.

I keep it with me at all times.
