Several years ago I began experiencing what initially felt like indigestion. It wasn't too severe and only lasted a short time. Eventually it became more painful and lasted longer and happened more frequently. I described this to my sister and she knew what it was immediately...... gall stones. I fit the profile perfectly for the most likely people to get gall stones - female, older and overweight.

I did my research and first of all avoided fatty foods, sugar, chocolate, and all fried foods. This caused all of these episodes to stop but I still needed to treat the problem.... gall stones. I can only tell you what helped me. It took several months and I used Young Living products such as GLF, Tangerine, Orange, and Mandarin Orange oils which I put in capsules and took by mouth.

Gradually I was able to re-introduce different items back into my diet and today I have had only one or 2 episodes of that same type in about 3 years. The pain I had was never debilitating and never lasted longer than 20 minutes although it was quite uncomfortable.
