Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

This morning I had menstrual cramps which I normally don't experience. I was hunched over as I was making breakfast for my family and some guests.

I rubbed a few (3-4 drops) of Lavender essential oil on my belly and then about 10 minutes later after I ate a little breakfast.

I took a capsule of Young Living Lavender essential oil and put 5 or 6 drops in a capsule and topped it off with some organic olive oil.

I relaxed on a recliner for about 10 minutes and then I was completely fine - cramps gone and the rest of the day I was cramp free. I love these oils!
