Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

While on brief vacation in FL, I developed a toothache. It began early in the day on a Sunday. The only oils I had with me were Clove, Peppermint and Helichrysum. Not knowing the cause, I put a drop of each on the gum line near the tooth. I did that three times that day, and the same on the following days.

On Monday, it felt better but it was still there, therefore I used the drops again. On the flight home that evening it began throbbing really bad. Once we landed at our destination, I took out the Clove oil and put two drops on the area. When I got home, the pain was the worst it had been since the beginning. I couldn't eat or chew so decided to take a prescription drug for the pain. I slept all night.

On day 3 the pain was still there though quite diminished. I was able to work all day and eat. I noted some bleeding that night while applying the Clove oil with a q-tip, but no pain. However, during the night into Wednesday morning, I was awakened by the throbbing pain again.

On Wednesday morning, I finally called my periodontist. By the time I got there the pain was gone again. I was examined and told I had an abscess. However, I did not require any antibiotics. The abscess was gone and I was in the end stages.

I really didn't want to take antibiotics because of their effect on the digestive tract, so I was thrilled when he said I didn't need them.

Hail to the therapeutic grade Young Living Oils. Four days and the abscess was gone and so was the pain.
