Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Just wanted to share my experience with Ocotea. For years, I've battled with eating lots of food before I go to bed. It can be sweets, nuts, toast, cheese or all of them, whatever is handy.

It feels uncontrollable and then I get down on myself for not being more disciplined as I know it is not supportive to my body to eat before I go to bed.

Then I started taking Ocotea. I would put 2 or 3 drops in my mouth under my tongue about 3 times a day. The effect was amazing. I don't reach for food to put in my mouth before I go to bed. The cravings are gone!

I feel much calmer at night and can just sit and relax in the quiet of my home before going to bed. No more standing in the kitchen stuffing my mouth. Yeah for Ocotea!
