Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
One day I was cleaning my kitchen windows. I used a chair to climb up on the kitchen counter to get to the outside of the window. On my way back down from standing on top of the counter the chair slid out from under me and my knee got twisted and the next thing I knew, I was on the floor in excruciating pain. It was a lateral knee sprain; which usually takes weeks to heal.
Since I happen to be a licensed and nationally certified masssage therapist, I knew the standard treatment for that type of injury RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation). I immediately did that and I started applying my some oils from my Young Living Raindrop kit; mostly Marjarom, Cypress, and Basil.
In about two days the pain and swelling greatly subsided. Then I started applying Lemongrass oil to the knee about 3-4xs a day and I was back to work doing massage 10 days after my accident. I thank God for YoungLiving oils.
