If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. I had eaten a bowl of chili at Waffle House on a recent trip to Atlanta. After several hours, I went to bed for the night and immediately started having this horrible pain in my throat. It felt like acid reflux.

I put Peppermint essential oil on my stomach and chest, and the feeling went away. Then after about an hour I laid down again, and it started up again.

So I got on and searched by the keyword "GERD" and found several people who had gotten rid of it by licking a couple drops of Peppermint and a couple drops of Lemon off their hand.

I did that and rubbed some on my tummy again too. Within one minute I felt no more discomfort from acid reflux at all. I laid down, went to sleep, and never had another problem.
