Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Hi everyone! I have had injured my knees more times than I would like to admit. Over the years, I have had great results with AgilEase and the PanAway oil blend when I injured myself, but it is always great when I discover another alternative.

About a month ago, I was experiencing some burning in my knee and I had the thought that it was lactic acid. It seemed logical to see if I could alkalize my pH levels, so I put some Lemon oil on my knee. The burning pain in my knee disappeared instantly.

Last night, I had the burning again and applied the Lemon oil. Amazingly enough, the pain and burning disappeared.

Who would have thought Lemon oil could be so effective?

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: acidic-/-alkaline-/-pH-balance — "Gastroprotective effects of Lemon essential oil: In ethanol model, CL (citrus lemon) and LIM (limonene) [component of Lemon] demonstrated 100% of gastroprotection.... In the indomethacin model, CL and LIM offered effective gastroprotection...."Link
2.Associated topics: joints — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
3.Associated topics: joints — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
4.Associated topics: joints — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
