My husband went to the doctor in September for a yearly check up. His TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) level came back high. The doctor suggested testing in 30 days. So I asked my husband if he would consider trying a supplement from Young Living and he didn't think he was interested. But he did agree to use some oils.
So after researching I found that the Endoflex oil blend and Peppermint were the suggested oils. He began using them about 2 weeks before his next blood test. 3-5 drops were applied to lower back, adrenals and thyroid area.
Peppermint was then layered next (3-4 drops) on these areas. Upon testing he was informed that his numbers were coming down and the doctor asked him to return in another 30 days for another blood test.
When he did he was told that his numbers were within a good range. So, we are happy that he started using the two oils and can now stay off of medication.
He will use the oils now a couple times a week for maintenance.
