I had a knot in the middle of my right shoulder that kept getting worse. Eventually it lead to my neck feeling pulled and stiff.

I didn't have a chance to go to my chiropractor, so I used Cypress oil on the knot. It felt amazing right away, even though the knot was only partially relieved.

I then continued to put Cypress on a few more times for the next day and a half until I didn't feel anything bothering me anymore.

It is now 5 months later and the knot hasn't returned.
