I'm 67, and for most of my adult life, have had these rough, wart-like spots near my elbow, on the back of my arm. When they first started as tan spots, I realized they were probably caused from sun damage.
As a youngster, I rode around in the heat of Redding, California, with my right arm out the window in a way that the sun hit the back of my arm. That went on for more than a decade. But the tan spots raised and got rough. I tried peeling them off, but then they bled. It was hard to keep from peeling, but I tried.
When I purchased the Deep Relief oil blend recently, I thought I'd try it on these spots, and sure enough got results. The rough spots would peel off very easily, and underneath, instead of bleeding, there would be new skin! So I kept doing it until I ran out of Deep Relief, and hope to get some again in a few weeks and continue this treatment.
It did seem to work faster if I also layered Oregano and Peppermint oils over the top of the Deep Relief blend. I was consistent about applying it every day, and the next time I purchase it, I can keep applying it until they are gone.
It is a gradual steady improvement that I am grateful for.
